Guerrilla urbana en la ciudad de Monterrey: “Espacios subversivos” y vigilancia política en la primera mitad de la década de 1970

Resumen

El presente texto analiza la irrupción del movimiento de guerrilla urbana en la ciudad de Monterrey durante la primera mitad de la década de los setentas del siglo XX. El objetivo principal es identificar aquellos espacios públicos que tuvieron un rol crucial en la articulación y adopción de la violencia armada como referente posible de cambio político radical en el país. En segunda instancia, una ventana ha sido abierta para examinar las dinámicas culturales que propiciaron el auge del “espíritu rebelde”. En última instancia es importante también analizar y reflexionar acerca de la forma en que tales espacios fueron vigilados e infiltrados por los aparatos de inteligencia del sistema político mexicano, y las posteriores consecuencias e implicaciones para el movimiento armado.   Urban guerrilla warfare in the city of Monterrey: “Subversive space” and political surveillance in the first half ofthe 1970s This paper analyzes the irrupcion of urban guerrilla warfare in the city of Monterrey,in the first half of the 1970s. The primary objective is to identify those public spaces that had a crucial role in the joint and adoption of the armed violences possible modality of radical political change in the country. We examine the cultural dynamics that propitiated the rise of the “rebellious spirit”. Ultimately it is also important to analyze and to reflecton how these spaces were monitored and infiltrated by the security and intelligence services of the mexican political system, and the subsequent consequences and implications for the armed movement.     DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.31836/lh.19.6723
